Who We Are
WagWay is a family of pet-obsessed professionals helping exceptional pet care businesses grow stronger without losing what makes them special. We’ve run grooming salons, led dog daycares, and handled the messes and magic of the pet care world.
We believe in doing good work with good people, and building something great together, one wag at a time.
Our Pedigree
We started WagWay because we saw a gap in pet care, and knew there was a better way to serve both the people and the pets at the heart of it.
We believe life is better with pets, and that they deserve care that goes beyond the basics. That’s why we partner with like-minded providers who offer everything from boarding and daycare to grooming, training, walking, and wellness.
With the right support, tools, and community, we help these businesses grow stronger, serve smarter, and keep tails wagging at every stage.
Great Place to Work
At WagWay, we talk a lot about whole health—for pets, for pet parents, and for the businesses that care for them.
But none of that is possible without the humans behind it all. The ones showing up with heart, hustle, and compassion every single day.
That’s why we’re proud to share that WagWay is now Great Place to Work® Certified.
